Easy entry into Catherine Park Estate

In addition to the recent upgrade of Oran Park Drive to dual carriageway between St Benedict’s Catholic College and Camden Valley Way, new traffic lights at the intersection of Catherine Park Drive, Oran Park Drive and Forestgrove Drive are now fully operational. The new lights facilitate faster, safer and more efficient access to the estate via Catherine Park Drive, as well as the sales office located within the historic Catherine Park House. The widening of Oran Park Drive occurred in conjunction with other significant road upgrade projects in the local area, including on Camden Valley Way and the Northern Road - which means future residents will benefit from faster travel times.
