At the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) NSW Awards event on Friday evening, Harrington Estates won the Excellence in Residential Subdivision category, with its housing estate Catherine Park Estate, located in Sydney’s growing south west region.
Catherine Park Estate was part of an impressive list of finalists for the prestigious awards and was also a finalist in the Masterplanned Communities category.
Catherine Park Estate will host our first annual Christmas light competition. Get your ladders out, light up Catherine Park Estate and take you share in over $1000 worth of prices.
Entries will open on Tuesday 1st of December; all entrants must be registered by Monday 14tht of December. Judging will take place on Friday18th of December. The winners will be announced on the 21st of December.
In Honour of Lady Mary Fairfax, Catherine Park Estate will host our second annual gardening competition. Sharpen your tools and pull up those boots it is time to show off your new garden and claim your share in over $1000 worth of prizes.
The competition will commence on Sunday 15th November 2020. All entrants must be registered by Monday 30th November. The Winners will be announced on Monday 7th December 2020.
